Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation for all inventory movements
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a drug screen (no background check)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
