Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
