Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated zones with precision
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment using packing materials and labels
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization documents
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
