Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move goods.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven warehouse terrain.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Reliability: Must possess a reliable form of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
