Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Unload and inspect incoming freight for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
