Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and unpack incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using various packaging methods.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
