Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocol.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to perform basic math for inventory checks.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
