Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a secure working environment.
- Package and label goods for shipment or storage efficiently.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix, GA facility.
