Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately according to shipping specifications and customer orders.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outbound delivery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus; we provide on-site training for qualified candidates.
