Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
