- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
