Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify outgoing orders against packing slips.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Complete daily paperwork and log reports using warehouse management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is helpful.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
