Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on minimizing errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but full training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
