Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and promptly to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and WMS software.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against packing lists, and process them into the system.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, consistent, and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for counting, totaling, and verifying quantities.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
