Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking packing lists and product labels before shipment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and labels.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific driving duties).
