The Role:

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise accurately based on customer orders and work orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and report any damaged stock immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
