Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Team Management: Supervise, schedule, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
