Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and efficient inventory flow
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork and digital tracking for inventory movements
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
