Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly per OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
