Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and sort materials by destination/department
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Load outgoing trucks with precise attention to order accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow OSHA guidelines
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for equipment operation)
