Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks/pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging materials
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
