Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Document handling activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
