Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA standards to maintain accident-free workplace
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven team leadership track record
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions in high-volume environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and supply chain logistics
