Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using manual techniques and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas to optimize warehouse operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after training
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Buffalo facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment with proper certification
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
