Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and racks efficiently and safely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and counting.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
