Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and BOLs.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking and packing orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
