Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and assist with cycle count accuracy
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
