Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders using provided equipment and materials
- Operate industrial packing machines, scanners, and label printers
- Verify order contents against packing slips for 100% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory and staging areas
- Follow safety protocols when operating material handling equipment
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
