Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Organize and stage materials for optimal workflow and space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid California driver's license (for yard operations)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
