Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform accurate inventory counts and verify shipments against packing lists to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide a valid ID.
