Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and coordinate with quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging equipment
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
