Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
