Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Inspect and organize inventory in warehouse storage areas
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules and workflows
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
