Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital scanning systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for material handling operations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid Florida driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
