Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily per safety protocols
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
