Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move and organize inventory
- Load and unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
