Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using provided RF scanners and WMS systems
- Implement lean inventory practices to maintain 99.5% accuracy rates
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and foster a zero-incident culture
- Analyze operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment-intensive operations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
