Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Organize warehouse inventory with precision and efficiency
- Operate scanning systems for inventory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
