Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Maintain organized warehouse storage zones and aisle accessibility
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
