Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow all safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the Scottsdale facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
