Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory counts and document shipments in our WMS system
- Maintain -10°F warehouse environment with proper PPE usage
- Operate material handling equipment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
