Responsibilities
- Load and unload palletized freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently and safely.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement in temperature-controlled zones.
- Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
