Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ warehouse staff to ensure peak performance
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory controls
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS and lean principles
- Conduct regular audits and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
- Spanish bilingualism a plus
