As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that goods are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Whether you are an experienced logistics professional or just starting out, we offer training and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts (training provided).
- Packaging: Properly package and secure items to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Control: Assist in scanning and verifying inventory counts to ensure accuracy in our warehouse management system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
