Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with precision and care to prevent damage.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy inventory.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not strictly required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Willingness to undergo safety training.
