Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipping according to established protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
