Job Summary
As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for the physical handling of goods within our facility. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify shipment contents against packing lists and ensure accurate counts.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and stage products for shipment in an organized manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license is a plus but not strictly required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
