Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse and to shipping/delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory shelves, ensuring proper labeling and rotation of stock to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including packaging and palletizing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
