Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, freight cars, and conveyors using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in preparation for inventory and shipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damage and accuracy against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
