As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted. You will be responsible for the safe and accurate handling of merchandise, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks and warehouse racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Verify accuracy of orders against packing slips and ensure proper labeling and tagging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize workflow efficiency and meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory status and shipment details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is required.
